Advancing Research Through Precision Flow Control

The Brooks Instrument University Equipment Grant Program provides selected university research teams with access to Brooks flow and pressure instrumentation, application support, and technical expertise to help advance high-impact research.

Whether your work is focused on chemical engineering, hydrogen energy, catalysis, carbon capture, advanced materials, biotechnology, aerospace, or another field where precise flow control matters, this program is designed to help researchers move from concept to discovery with confidence.

Program Overview

Selected recipients will receive up to $5,000 in Brooks Instrument products and technical support to help support an active or upcoming university research project.

Awards may include eligible Brooks products such as:

Mass Flow Controllers
Mass Flow Meters
Pressure Controllers
Variable Area Flow Meters
Related Accessories
Product Sizing and Application Support
Startup and Optimization Assistance

Who Should Apply?

Eligible Applicants

The program is open to university-based researchers, including:

  • Faculty Researchers
  • Principal Investigators
  • New Faculty Labs
  • University Research Centers
  • Graduate Research Groups with Faculty Sponsorship

Applicants should be working on a research project where accurate flow measurement, flow control, or pressure control plays an important role.

  • Participate in a kickoff discussion with Brooks application experts
  • Work with Brooks to confirm product fit and specifications
  • Provide a brief project summary
  • Share approved photos or project updates where possible
  • Participate in a follow-up success story, article, or webinar if appropriate and approved by the university
